Successful startup of Voith’s cleaning system CleanLine Extract4D at lightweight packaging and bogus paper manufacturer in Canada
Voith has successfully installed three CleanLine Extract4D cleaning systems at a Canadian manufacturer's mill, improving the efficiency and sustainability of their lightweight packaging and bogus paper production. The CleanLine Extract4D uses four-way water jets to achieve high cleanliness in the dryer section, preventing contamination and maintaining fabric permeability. This reduces sheet breaks, increases machine speeds, and enhances productivity. Additionally, the system minimizes water consumption, contributing to more sustainable operations. Voith's CleanLine technology is part of its broader portfolio of solutions for optimizing paper machine performance and reducing environmental impact.
