Voith Paper Webshop enables Easy Ordering for Customers

Voith Paper Webshop enables the customers to order products and services in real-time. With the application, products like spare and wear parts, and fabrics can be ordered with just one click. Chandpur Enterprises Ltd. has been benefiting from the expansion of the product portfolio in the Voith Paper Webshop since March.
“With the help of the personalised menu and the order history, we can now quickly identify our fabrics, order them and track the delivery status around the clock. Under the “My Shop” section, the paper manufacturers can find all the necessary information from the original and current condition of the equipment as well as the order and quotation history, drawings, manuals, and contracts. The webshop is characterised by the highest data security standards, and different options can be booked depending on customer requirements.
